Show number of characters over rumor promote limit

Probably should have brought this up at the OOC chat for a quicker turnaround, but for rumor promotes, when we're over the 160 character limit, can we please get a printout of HOW MANY characters over the limit? That would greatly help in modifying responses to meet said limit.

Example:

A rumor promotion must not exceed 160 characters. Your promote string is 36 characters too long. Please shorten and try again.

Or...

36 characters over the limit. A rumor promotion must not exceed 160 characters.

Etc. etc.

This would be helpful! In the meantime, I've been using stringcheck.
