GL Changes and the IC Board

Could it be policy that whenever a GL position changes there's a brief IC post made about it? Right now it's optional, but the basics seem like something folks would know.

That generally seems to be the standard anyway. Only very recently have we had it where a gl stepping down or some such hasn't had a ic post.
