Cape/Coat + Hood Recipes

Tailoring and leatherworking recipes that let you combine hat items with a cape/coat item to make a functional hooded cloak. Probably most useful for the tailoring outfit recipes that provide a cape rather than a cloak, as cloaks and their concealing abilities are more popular.

Maybe require 2 hat items so it's not cheaper material-wise to use this recipe, and probably have separate recipes for the different materials so you can't like, use silk hats and a wool cape to make a silk hooded cloak.

Probably, the inclusion of cape/coat (hoodless cloak) items in these recipes is a holdover from when these items could be worn with cloaks without issue; that functionality has since been removed to prevent weirdness with cloak layering.

It makes more sense to me to just remove them from the outfit recipes altogether and adjust the required materials accordingly.
