[Complete] Modify Imm Entrance Messages

The entrance messages of Immortals is very jarring to RP when it occurs. I understand that the Immortals attempt to limit them as much as possible, but mistakes happen and there is a very simple means of making them less jarring and confusing.

I suggest that all Imm transition messages have a note about the message being OOC. I also suggest that they all be the color of osays and oemotes. In this way, it will be very easy to identify that they are OOC features and new players will not be confused into believing they are actually happening in the IC world.

I witnessed a new player accidentally react ICly to an Imm's entrance message and it was hard for me to describe how to know when an emote is really an emote and when it's the message of an immortal coming through.

I would like to make it understood that I am not mad, just suggesting this change to limit OOC confusion and reduce the jarring nature of Immortals entering RP.
