Anonymous Rec Leaderboard

I'd like to suggest a toggle for making your name anonymous on the recommend leaders listing, as a way to assist people in not making IC/OOC crossovers. I.E. Knowing who the Rubeus is because he just held a destroy the hippie forest plot and tons of people recommended him afterward, so he's now suddenly number 1 on the leaerboard.

While I realize if we know something OOCly, there are rules against using it, I think we should facilitate those rules by generally not letting OOC information like that be easy to access unless the player wishes it.

Would really like it if this would be put in, along with the ability to recommend covert guildleaders by their position. Ex: 'recommend rubeus For not having goats' would give a recommendation to whoever is playing the Rubeus at that moment.
