Right now, the standard agenda is:
- Staff Updates (what we did the week before and what we're trying to accomplish going forward)
- Staff Topics (a list of questions or things we want to get player feedback on)
- Player Hearbeat (how do people feel about the game in the last week, is there anything we need to consider?)
- Player Topics (anything the players want to discuss with staff or each other)
A week ago, I did Staff Topics last, but moved it up this week because I just wanted to get those things out of the way. The problem was that it seemed as if the meeting was highly focused on the staff's needs/wants and topics because we ran over time discussing those items, so I'm concerned that player topics (which is a HUGE reason for us having this meeting) got de-emphasized. Should we re-order things?
Also, any view about if there's anything missing from our OOC Chat meeting or other changes people would like to see?

I personally think it is ok the way it is. I mean sometimes the staff topics will run over. especially given everything that happened this last week i am surprised there was not more. For that matter i was surprised nothing was said regarding the demon summoning
Lurks the Forums
As Vox said, it's always going to be hit and miss. Some days we'll nag you about what you're doing, some days we'll want to talk about what we're doing, and I don't think a reorder will help that. Think it's fine how it is.
