Keep Gpayments for Inactives

Would it be possible to keep guild payments to members from dropping off the list when characters go inactive, a la payments from the Immortal Guild?

As GL of a guild that offers a wage, I'm pretty forgiving of inactivity. Life happens but if someone is around enough to earn their pay for that week, I want them to get it. I don't always notice when a payment has dropped, so I'd love it if they could just go red instead of disappearing altogether.

They shouldn't drop off, just be skipped and unpaid? Are they dropping off?
