Seneschal Powers

I had an idea for Seneschal. What if instead of the Gambit power, the Seneschals biweekly vote was the equivalent of a full metric shift? Like, to simulate how strong their word on city issues is.

This would fuel everyone else trying to sway the Seneschal to their cause rather than the the way around, give them a necessary feeling of empowerment for the role, and give that extra oomph that makes people want to control the position.

I also think this would be a good way to give the Seneschal more real power. That way people could try and bribe or sway the weaker willed ones and it would be more of a benefit being or having a friend that was Seneschal.
