'Critically Succeeds/Fails' Roll Message.

I've made a lot of mentions about how I would love love love to see the roll command expanded, esp. in how we can manipulate the difficulties, but here's a simpler suggestion:

Add a 'critically succeeds' message when a roll's result is a 1-5 and a 'critically fails' message when a 96-100 is rolled.
