Could we get a command to mark an individual item to not be used as an ingredient in crafting?

This comes to mind primarily for the paper crafted from art, which you can write on, but has 19 recipes that use it, making it easy to unintentionally and unrecoverably lose one you've written notes on. It could be useful in other cases as well though.

example of use, say someone gave you a pretty flower you'd like to hold onto for a while:

>inv
Prisca is carrying:

a hyacinth with curling blue-purple petals
a common eating knife with a scant wooden handle

>keep hyacinth
A hyacinth with curling blue-purple petals will not be used as an ingredient.

>appraise hyacinth
Prisca carefully considers a hyacinth with curling blue-purple petals.

This 'a hyacinth with curling blue-purple petals' is a kind of treasure.
It appears to be made of plant.
It looks to be in excellent condition.
It weighs around 0 pounds.
It can be worn as follows: take hold
It will not be used in crafting.
It could be easily held in one hand. (Actual size: 2)
Its value should be approximately 2 silver.

Won't your paper be safe if you just put it in a container?

Yes, but there's a few issues. Especially if it's been tooled and thus indistinguishable from other pieces of paper that aren't used in those recipes. My main concern is when those items are given to another artist, and they create something without knowing that the item would be used in a recipe they might make, possibly losing something important. To copy/paste from the req board post:
The problem is, even when tooled as a sheet of paper, it will still cause
confusion as there's also paper that isn't eaten by most recipes- the paper from
foraging or from removing from a ledger/board for example. People might not know to put
a piece away before crafting a box for example, and could possibly
unrecoverably lose important notes.
I'd be happy with a change to the craftable paper, but being able to toggle any item as !ingredient would be more useful in general, so there's no accidents if someone forgets to put an important item away.
