I'd love to, at times, be able to show a numerical value associated with a pass/failure of a stat roll.

Could it be an optional syntax argument to allow us to do this? Something like

roll self <stat/skill> Detailed

could display something like this (with the top line displayed to everyone else and the number value green or red depending on a success):
