Request: Liquidation Delay

I'd like to suggest a 3 day timer on liquidations, where an OOC post is made and players are allowed to submit a request or response if they oppose the liquidation. I don't think it's fair for staff to be assumed to somehow know everything, as they are quite busy, and I think it might help in keeping liquidations from occurring in the midst of potentially important RP.

Seeing this new spec posted, could this potentially be connected to the warrant spec that was proposed?

So that the two could be linked?
