- diagnose detects pregnancy?
- use consumables such as leeches, bandages, medications/tonics and surgical kits
- perhaps have wound types have different humors
- like the battleship mini-game thing

Treat will enter you into a game where you have a number of tries to find the critical spot based on your treat skill. The bigger the injury, the smaller your target on the grid:

As you prod the wound, you will receive messages about how hot or cold you are. So, let's say the critical point is at J5:

Treat A1

Kinaed prods a bruise on the foot, examining its characteristics.

If you fail to treat the wound before the time runs out, you can attempt to treat it again, but you may increase the severity of the wound.

It's logical more than just "you stare at the torso of a woman and detect a 6 month old fetus". Medieval doctors were 'piss prophets' and were able to diagnose pregnancy based on urine with decent certainty.
