Books grant lore

Lore currently only pools with typing 'look lore' at rooms with the lore object, or getting taught by someone.
I was wondering if we could add that, not unlike The Elder Scrolls, the first time a PC reads a book that is part of the master index of books, you get a nice pool of City Lore. Just once per book, even if you read another copy of the same one.
I think this is themely as hell, and makes it easier to pool Lore without spamming 'look lore'.
