Snow men and women

I was thinking... It would be neat if there were seasonal statues like snow men and women, and ice sculptures, etc. That after a while disappear.

There's a recipe for snowballs, but the snow banks they're made from I think have to be manually loaded by staff. Would be neat to have a few more snow-related recipes like these snowmen and have the snow banks load similar to lightning strike marks when there's heavy snow.
