I'd like to pull the pbase in for some name brainstorming.
So, I'm working on a new 'gray zone', that is sort of a median between the Southside and the law-abiding northern sectors of Lithmore. It will welcome upper class folks with money to spend on vice. The vibe should be fashionably risky and sinful. It will be a new little neighborhood and show up with its name on the roster as a distinct place from Southside, so players know what they are getting into.
But I need a name for that neighborhood that gives off that vibe!
I've been calling it the 'grey zone' (not really a great name) or the 'sin district' (maybe?), but I'd like something better! Some other words I'd played around with were 'chance' or 'hazard' - maybe 'X Close'? What ideas do people have? Happy to give QP to the name we use - maybe put together a poll to vote for your favorites if we get several good ones.
Naming the Grey Zone
So I did the mistake of asking friends that don't play for ideas
The Grarea
Degradia
Red Light District
Hanky Panky Town
Shagsville Lithmore
Spanktown
Pandoras Box
Shadow Realm
I think Shadow Zone or Shadow Strip may be cute

Praise the Bolt!
Bordertown - Since it's the BORDER of Southside and Northside
The Block - Because Baltimore is cool.
Priests' Quarter - Play on words because truly, no priest would be caught dead gambling and doing coarse ruby off a prostitute's rear end.
Or my personal favorite...
The Vavardi Quarter just kidding
EDIT:
I just realized that if Priests' Quarter was used, people could say something like 'Oh yeah I'm going to the priest.', with a wink, to denote that they're about to spend a night on the town in this gray zone. Hah.
