Rose Water Uses

Now that: a vial containing a measure of rose water is a creatable item, I'd like to humbly suggest/request that perfumery items designed to use the rose scent (758) and (769).
As the floral oil already has other recipes (the Brenland crafts) that utilizes it.

Likewise having a rose soap and a lavender lotion could/would be fun.

I don't believe that further splitting the materials for the craft is appropriate. That is a brewing item for a different sort of uses.
