notify guild call

Presently, if you use 'notify guild' in your own guild location (or elsewhere), it will deliver a message that you're responding to a call.
There's instances where it would be useful to actually use it to request assistance yourself, however.

Could we add 'notify guild call' to make it act the same as a non-guild member using the notify guild command in such locations?
