xblock pass holder

Many items that permit access past an xblock are charms. I was thinking it'd be nice if charm bracelets could hold them and still permit access while in them, like keyrings work with allowing key use.

That's up to the guild leaders, really. Carrying or wearing an item makes little difference though it's easier for me to script if it's just one or the other.

No, I mean an item that holds various pass items, and allow them to still work with xblocks the same as if they're worn or in inventory.
Like keyrings allow keys to work, but keys don't work when placed into other types of containers.
