I am currently working on Lithmore's sewer system. This will be a mixture of more 'modern' tunnels added explicitly to serve as sewers and areas kind of routed through old ruins beneath the city.
As such, I'd like to know what kind of things you all would like to see. What I'd particularly like input on:
1) Sewer forageables for the brave (please remember forageables can't be that valuable as they are free to obtain, so no finding gold rings)
2) Interesting areas you might like to see in a sewer.
3) Lore
Sewer Suggestions
1) Sewer forageables
mushrooms
cockroaches
spiders
moss (future fuel source for cooking?)
refuse (throwable 'weapon'? makes people dirty?)
2) Interesting areas
remnants of Thandok's lair
chutes into defunct and functioning latrines/privies (hidden exits into Lithmore/Old Lithmore)
occasional items from the junk room
'mini-quest' maze of Old Lithmore tunnels - finding appropriate room(s) grants exploration XP
anti-establishment grafitti
hidden heathen hideouts
old broken statuary including pre-Consildation people of influence, including the Skilled
3) Lore
Lore Tour 1: track the progress of the Knights of the Chalice/Lithmorran through the sewers to where they routed Thandok.
Lore Tour 2: track Thanok's flight through magical scarring
Site of Sidharr curse origins. Aurthyn's relative one of knights who flushed Thandok out of the sewers, died when Thandok's magic collapsed part of the sewer system and buried him in offal.

I can see areas below sisterns, flush tunnels, pipeworks, maintenance shafts, niches, catacomb access, rough hewn tunnels, dead ends, grates, access tunnels, warning signs, sluices, a place where they exit into the river... brick and mortar retaining walls, thieves guild access, bolt holes, converted sisterns or converted niches for living space, a few of the homeless, vermin, crocodiles... caves, underground springs? Last might be too much, but I trust Takta's judgment.
I'd personally love to see a map in the library and for it to connect to the existing catacombs (and maybe expand those as well).
Lore about how the sewers came to be and their history/state of repair, linkages to various places, uses, etc.
Hope the mind-splurge helps!
