Updates for Gnotes

Gnotes are, hands down, amazing. The reeves have been using them like crazy, which is awesome, but all of that stored information is getting a bit unwieldy. To make them better, can we give them those cyan 'updated' flags when added to? Essentially, the same sort of 'updated' flag that rumors get?

another idea for gnotes would be to list by target.
ex: you post gnote guild new guildxnote subject goes here
and you have like 10 guildxnote topics, 30 guildynote topics, etc.

you want to gnote guild list guildxnote.

Can you make up a fake example for illustrative purposes (use a staff member's name as a target, it you like) so I can understand further?

Right now, you can:

gnote list [keywords]
gnote match <keywords>

That doesn't cover it?
