Currently, as a troubadour, the process of updating yourself to the latest gossip is

• rumor all (see a list of all available rumors, purchased/unpurchased/updated) - note which numbers must be purchased
• rumor purchase # - for every number you memorized in the list. This also shows you the rumor you purchase, but it does not mark is as read.
• rumor # for the newbly bought rumors again, just to mark them as read. Or just rumor through the entire list, read or not.

I suggest a command

• rumor review unread

which works equivalently to the board-command note read unread. This avoids all the repetition listed above. For troubadours (or if the cost is 0 for some other reason), this command should also auto-buy rumors as it gets to them.
