It would be infinitely useful if you could search for recipes that use a specific item.

Even if it just did a keyword search and 'concoct search rose' returned items that use roses, rose oil, etc it would be useful. With herbs decaying now if not crafted I have a hard time finding recipes to consume the herbs I have available.

I don't know if this is possible but I WOULD like to piggy-back...

I'd like a -search that searched across ALL crafts. Herbalism, brewing and cooking share some ingredients, as does magecraft with all three.

Searching to see what I can use my black currants for across all crafts would be super awesome, if it's doable.

Apparently there is a search bug going around. The other day I was thinking about how a similar search for Help Roster would be nice. Search Roster Wooden spoon would list places that may carry such places. Too many times I've spent a ton of time going from shop to shop trying to find a specific item(whip being the more recent).
