The Vandagan people have been hard at work in their quarter, a
rebuilding and revival of the quarter having been underway for some time.
At last the gates have opened to celebrate the upcoming 10 year anniversary
of Duchess Ianka's rule and to highlight the fruits of Vandagan culture and
society.

cusp of spring.
"Lithmore, the Spring Awakening approaches us steadily- and it signifies a
time for us all to wake up as a kingdom, to step outside and enjoy some
time with our fellows. There has long been a tradition at this time of
year that sumptuary concerns are largely ignored- however, this year, we
will make it official, as all Lithmore needs reason to celebrate. For the
entire period from the 13th of Maritus to the 22nd of Aprilis, sumptuary
laws will be suspended, except as they relate to religious garb, crowns and
swords. Embrace the spring weather and toast to the year ahead in your
finery, whether new or borrowed."

public eye, though finally after sometime Lady Justiciar October ab
Peacecraft has announced her formal resignation due to illness and tending
to her family in Edessa. October has affirmed that things have been well
in Lithmore, and expects whomever is to take the position of Justiciar of
the Reeves to follow through with the ideals of keeping the realm safe and
enforce secular laws.
October has passed over some recommendations on to whom she think should
feel the void of leadership, offering the names of Damian Black, Alyra
Myreni, or Orlando Cavalari as being the best candidates within the Reeves
if they want it.

decided that Lithmore could not be left without a Justiciar for as long as
it has in the past and the Proconsul, Damian von Black, decided to step up
to take the seat. He has made a short statement for the public during a
small conference between the Reeves: "I will try to upkeep the peace and
strong hand that October ab Peacecraft has left behind. I have recently
just returned from my second trek out of Lithmore and hope that those who
request audience will be patient while I work at settling things in."
He has not stated whether or not he's decided on a Proconsul for Lithmore
yet, but did also promise feedback on that front much sooner than later.
