Inv Items for equipped items

There have been a number of times I needed an inv items equivalent command for items I've got equipped. If I can't figure out the keyword. Or if I'm doing pmotes and I don't want to remove my instrument but want to know how to target it are two examples

Sure, I'd support this as a low priority kind of thing. No idea what sort of work would need to go into it.

Also for rooms, or does that exist already? Could be spammy in a crowded place, but sometimes there's stuff where a person forget to set a long desc, or the one they did set is too different from the short/keywords and you have to get everything in the room just to figure out what it is.
