Shared bank accounts

It would be handy to be able to set up your bank account to be shared with another person.

Married couples, for example, particularly those who share businesses and can't always be on simultaneously but need the ability to withdraw the shared funds without waiting a day.

I thought married couples already did actually by default... although that is a vague recollection only, not something I've actually tried. That said, it would be useful functionality to extend it beyond them- if you could share a bank account with anyone ala mail aliases.

Married couples used to share accounts but we stopped doing it for some reasons I don't entirely remember. I think maybe some code complexities and problems that didn't justify it. Nobody likes disappearing bank accounts after all.
