Option to display prompts on your actions only

Some recent discussion on prompts on visnet reminded me of a request I'd like to make!

Right now, your prompt either shows up with every single line the game sends to you, or it doesn't show up at all. It'd be nice to set some kind of in-between setting - for example, having the prompt only after you enter a command? It'd help cut down on scroll without losing the benefit of keeping track of your vital statistics! Especially since you'd have the option to have it go back to displaying every line when you're in combat or a similarly tense situation.
