Marking Messengers sent to All

I'd like to suggest that messages sent to the entire pbase are marked that way for the recipient, so as to distinguish "town criers" from couriers/private messengers when they arrive and before they are "accepted." This would reduce some awkwardness around knowing how and whether to accept messengers during RP.

As someone who is probably going to use message all a lot in the future, I would also like a change like this. Perhaps make it so if the recipient is "all" it just goes through automatically with the message?

I always worry I'm disturbing someone when I write them messages, but it's crucial to my character.
