Let guildleaders mail the whole guild at once

Now that gnotes are gone, it would be really handy if GLs were able to send mail to all guild members at once to make announcements and the like. A board in the guildhall unfortunately couldn't serve this purpose, since there wouldn't be any sort of notification - people barely ever checked the gnotes as it was, and a board would be even more neglected, since it isn't accessible from everywhere.

I know this sounds like it's slated to be in already, but wanted to +1 while it's still flagged Under Construction.

GL flag = able to mail guild = awesome

I don't think we'd need to restrict it GLs only? It would be useful for seekers as well, for other guild members wanting to do a mailout, etc.

Really, I think that the primary concern with mailing a whole guild at once as a non-leader might be realism - a guildleader would be expected to have the clout to have a staff of scribes ready to copy their letters over and over, but the average person probably doesn't.

Plus, presumably, it would actually send to the WHOLE guild. Whereas people outside the guild don't necessarily know who all is in it. The public guildlist is not always the same as the GL's guildlist.

What about: GLs can send to everybody in their guild, period, and non-GLs can send to everybody in a guild only if they're active and public. I mean, I can totally do that right now by typing "guildlist <any guild>" and sending mail to everybody on it in the same command line, it's just more annoying because I have to type out every name individually. Doesn't change the functionality to allow "mail <guild>", just changes how long-winded it has to be.
